The surviving text indicates that the recipient had won the award on several previous occasions.

The recipient is identified as Madame Bea.

No record of the awarding organisation has yet been located.

Nor has the Archive established how entrants were judged.

The photograph accompanying the original article is badly faded.

Madame Bea appears considerably younger.

This is not particularly helpful.
